Dear Parishioners, As announced at all of our Masses this past weekend, Fr. Eric will be leaving Incarnation for his new assignment at Our Lady of Light in Ft. Myers. His last day with us will be January 18th.
We know that many in our parish are struggling with the abrupt nature of this news, and we understand there is a lot of sadness at losing such a beloved Pastor. We trust in the promise that “God works all things for the good of those who love Him” (Romans 8:28), and so we look forward to how He is going to bless our community through our new administrator, Fr. Mark Harris — and we know that the people in Ft. Myers will be abundantly blessed by Fr. Eric.
Our Incarnation family is so grateful to Fr. Eric for his years of priestly ministry here, and there are two opportunities this weekend for us to thank him and wish him well.
